FLEXIBLE OWNERSHIP The unit/week on your deed is not the unit or week that you will use each year. You must make a reservation annually. The earliest time to make a flex reservation is the Monday of the same week, one year in advance, at 9:00 a.m. EST. How do you make a reservation? Call, 1-800-874-8770 Flex weeks are available all year except weeks 5 through 15. There are various numbers of units available in each of the remaining weeks. Beach front units are assigned at a first come first serve basis. A reservation must be made before making an exchange deposit. |

NON SMOKING RULE There shall be no smoking permitted in the units, on the balconies, walkways, unit decks or patios, in the pool bar area and on the pool deck, except that smoking is permitted at the northwest corner of the pool deck, the grill area, the bench underneath the south end of the main building and the parking lot. |

| As the above pictures show, we have road construction going on and some of the vegetation was removed in front of Windward Passage. This will take until fall 2010. As of right now a new water main line has been put in the ground on the other side of the street. The second step will be the same procedure on our side. Next will be the installment of a storm drain line on both sides which takes the water to a holding tank and a 12 chamber filtering system, before it is pumped out into the Back Bay. The finished road will have a walkway and a bike path on each side . This project will widen the road quite a bit. For that reason we moved the Windward Passage sign. After the project is completed, we will put it back into place. While you are staying here the road will be temporarily reduced to 1 lane in certain areas. We are sure that we will have the most beautiful part of Estero Blvd., as soon as all the work is done. We will update the above picture as the construction progresses. |
